Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to buy a course as a gift?

By purchasing a class series as a gift, you’re essentially buying that lucky person and a gift card to Liquid mastering. That person can then use the gift card for an upcoming class or even a professional mixing/mastering service.

How do the classes work?

In most cases, a class series will run for up to five weeks and the class will meet via zoom on a weekly basis, typically on a Sunday afternoon (12-2pm) or Monday evening (5-7pm).

What if they can't make it?

If the person you’re gifting the classes to you can’t make the upcoming series, then they can use the credit for a future class series or service.

If they can make the upcoming series but might miss a session or two, all session recordings are made available for students to access at any time. In addition, the head engineer and instructor will be available to answer specific questions by email during the class period.

What will they be learning?

In the fundamentals of sound engineering course, Thaddeus will walk the class through the basic science, tools, and techniques for getting a quality recording at home and in the studio.

See full curriculum below.
